I am a Licensed Psychotherapist and Qualified Clinical Supervisor in Florida, dedicated to helping individuals, families, and communities navigate their mental health journeys with compassion and evidence-based care.
Growing up in India and living in Florida for over 20 years has given me a unique perspective on cultural diversity and its role in mental health. I am fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, allowing me to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
My passion for understanding the human mind drives my ongoing pursuit of knowledge. I am currently researching the effects of schizophrenia symptoms on suicidal ideation and plan to pursue a doctorate in Neuropsychology.
